The practice has also been involved in a variety of Commercial, Industrial and Retail projects throughout the years.

Ranging from the simple alterations and extensions to existing retail premises and shops within town centres to more complex conversion schemes such as the conversion of a large redundant bus depot building into a 5 – 7 car showroom, with offices at first floor level and car repair / bodyshop to the rear.

We also have significant experience of converting either whole buildings, or redundant sections / floors of buildings into self-contained residential flats, which is a fantastic way to make use of an entire building and to realize its maximum financial potential.
