Domestic Extensions & Attic / Loft Conversions

Over the years we have been involved in numerous projects where clients have approached us to look into the possibility of extending their existing properties to gain additional space.

Whether it be outwards by way of a single or two storey extension, or upwards by way of either an attic / loft conversion or a complete first floor extension to an existing bungalow.

We always enjoy these kinds of projects, as each and every one is different and involves working with an existing building, and so very often takes a lot of thought and consideration to come up with a well designed solution to meet a clients particular needs, whilst at the same time keeping in mind what we feel would be acceptable to the Local Authority Planning Department.
