Local Authority Grants

We have extensive experience of working together with clients and the local authorities to obtain various grant aid for various projects.

Ranging from the ‘Town Improvement Grant’ ( TIG’s ) Schemes, the aim of which is to improve the street scene in designated Conservation Areas, through to House Renovation Grants ( HRG’s ) designed to bring sub-standard privately owned dwellings up to a reasonable standard of repair and habitability standards, to Disabled Facilities Grants ( DFG’s ), which aim to provide facilities for a disabled property owner’s own property to allow it’s occupants to gain full and safe access to all of the required day to day facilities within their own home.

We also have experience in securing funding for other more tourist based grants, for improving facilities at Caravan and Camping Parks.
