New Build Homes / Dwellings – Self-Builds

A large volume of our work is now, and always has been providing complete Planning, Building Regulations and Site Supervisory Services for the residential and domestic sector, the majority of which being the design of individual bespoke new dwellings for clients.

We enjoy being involved in either the more Traditional New Build Designs or indeed in more Contemporary Designs.

These can range from the one-off bespoke designs for self-build clients who are looking for individually designed new homes to erect on their plots of land, through to the ‘developer’ clients who involve us as their agents to design and build multiple speculative units to sell on the open market.
